I came across this couple today. They live on the streets of Manchester 'under the arches' which is a popular area for vagrants and other homeless individuals. We chatted for a while and they told me that they walk the streets day and night. I asked them if I could take a photo and they obliged. I left them with a bit of money and strict instructions to spend it on food. I have presented this photo as desaturated rather than black and white. Somehow the black and white version didn't quite capture the feel of the moment.
