9th Annual Outer Banks Wedding Weekend and Expo Scheduled January 5 through 7, 2007

OUTER BANKS, North Carolina (PRWeb) December 14, 2006 -- The 9th annual Outer Banks Wedding Weekend and Expo will take place Friday, January 5 through Sunday, January 7, 2007. Sponsored by the Outer Banks Wedding Association and ResortQuest Outer Banks, this weekend event features a Welcome Reception and Fashion Show, a self-guided Wedding Tour highlighting wedding reception and ceremony sites, and the Outer Banks Wedding Expo. The Welcome Reception for brides and their families will take place on Saturday, January 6 from 6 until 9 p.m. at Duck Woods Country Club in Southern Shores. With music, food, and great entertainment, brides and their families will have a chance to sample goods from many of our local wedding vendors. The Wedding Tour occurs on Saturday, January 6 from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. and will feature the luxurious ceremony and reception venues - from gardens to vacation homes - that the Outer Banks has to offer. Each location will have a representative to meet with you, discuss your wedding needs, and to provide a tour of the location. The Wedding Expo takes place on Sunday, January 7 from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. at First Flight High School in Kill Devil Hills. It is the oldest and largest wedding planning event with nearly 120 Outer Banks wedding vendors on hand. You will be able to sample products, discuss services, and even book your event!
